What we're going to do is very easy. I'm going to post a question or a statement asking about your opinion and you are going to respond to it by recording your voice and posting the link here below the message as a comment.
To record your voice you can use www.vocaroo.com, just register to the website and record your respond. After that, click on the 'post to internet button' and share your answer.
This way you're not only going to practice your speaking skills, but also you will have the chance to practice listening.
